The general public & animal organisations are becoming increasingly aware of injured & sick animals & the need for them to receive the correct treatment to enable them to recover & be released back into their natural habitat. Whilst a number of these animals initially require veterinary assistance, once the initial treatment has been carried out, it is possible for us to continue the treatment within the Sanctuary, allowing them time to recover & gain the strength they need prior to release.
By setting up the wildlife hospital & rehabilitation unit we aim to be able to treat many animals in need of medical care & rehabilitation. We aim to become the “go to” place for wildlife rescue, care & rehabilitation. By setting up the hospital we will be able to take in & care for many animals that otherwise would not receive the care they need. We will be saving lives & returning animals to their natural habitat enabling them to thrive whereas without us this might not be possible.
